The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Your use of this application is entirely at your own risk.
2. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARISTOKRATI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. You agree that in no event will our total liability to you for all claims related to the application exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the application.
3. User Accounts and Data
While we strive to keep your data secure (such as your flashcards and streaks), we are not a guaranteed data backup service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account and associated data at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the application (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of ARISTOKRATI INC. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
5. Third-Party Services
The application utilizes third-party services, such as Google AdMob for advertising. Your interaction with any third-party content or advertisements is solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will attempt to provide notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use the application after the changes become effective, you agree to the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARISTOKRATI INC. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
